Refund Policy

1. Overview

PrintKro.Com provides digital document printing services. Due to the nature of digital services where content is delivered instantly, refunds are limited to specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

• Technical Failure: If our system fails to deliver the purchased service due to a technical issue on our end
• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a system error
• Service Not Delivered: If the service was paid for but not delivered within 24 hours
• Unauthorized Transaction: If a transaction was made without your authorization (subject to verification)

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Service has been successfully delivered and downloaded
• User entered incorrect document details (Aadhaar number, name, etc.)
• User changed their mind after purchase
• User is unable to use the service due to lack of technical knowledge
• User account has been suspended/terminated for violation of Terms of Use
• Requests made after 7 days from the transaction date

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

• Email us at support@printkro.com with subject "Refund Request"
• Include your registered email ID, transaction ID, date of transaction and reason for refund
• Attach screenshots or proof of the issue (if applicable)
• Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
• If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited to:

• The original payment method used for the transaction, OR
• PrintKro.Com wallet credits (if user prefers faster processing)

Refunds to bank accounts may take 7-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time.

6. Cancellation Policy

Since our services are digital and delivered instantly, cancellations are not possible once the service has been initiated. For pre-paid services not yet used, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

7. Disputed Transactions

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact us immediately at support@printkro.com. We will investigate and resolve the matter within 7 business days. Please do not initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us.

8. Service Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, including re-delivery of the service at no cost, refund if the issue cannot be resolved, or credit to your PrintKro wallet for future use.

9. Force Majeure

PrintKro.Com shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, or internet disruptions.

10. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
